Mani Rimdu Festival

Mani Rindu festival is a colorful festival. The festival of Mani Rimbu depicts the victory of Buddhism over the ancient Bon religion is three day affair taking place straight after October’s full moon. The Mani Rimjdu in Tengboche is performed according and came from Rongbuk monastery north of Tengboche. Mani Rimdu Festival is suitable for those who are interested to combine a trek with some sight of the festival of Nepal.  

Mani Rimdu Festival trake place is Tengboche monastery. It is third-day trekking on the way to Everest base camp trek.  The festival held three days on Autumn.
